At Simify, we stand by the quality of our electronics and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Simify account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included at the time of purchase.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
